1. Scope
This service description sets out the functional scope of the EA-PowerTools software products as well as the available contract terms and prices. It forms part of the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Californium GridFlow GmbH, available at www.ea-powertools.com/agb. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall prevail.
2. Service description and prices
The EA-PowerTools are complementary software applications for calculation and design tasks in the field of electrical energy supply. The applications included in each case and their functional scope are set out in the overview at www.ea-powertools.com.
The EA-PowerTools are offered with fixed contract terms (cf. Section 8 (1) and Section 9 of the AGB). The following prices apply (net plus statutory value-added tax):

Remuneration is payable in advance for the respective contract term. For quote-based orders, the contract ends automatically upon expiry of the selected term; for online shop orders, the contract renews pursuant to Section 9 (2) of the AGB (for terms of more than twelve months, by twelve months in each case).
3. Technical requirements for use
Use of the software requires: an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth and a current web browser (current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari in each case). Local installation is not required. Establishing and maintaining the internet connection is not part of the contract.
4. Availability and support
For paid plans, the availability of 98.5% on an annual average at the handover point as committed in Section 5 of the AGB applies. Support for customers with a paid subscription is available pursuant to Section 11 of the AGB by e-mail or ticket system at info@ea-powertools.com, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
